Hello and welcome! I’m delighted to introduce myself as an expert in leadership and organizational development, with 24 years of experience guiding leaders and teams to success. My work spans coaching, training, and facilitating workshops, all tailored to meet the unique needs of national as well as global clients.
I’m passionate about designing diverse learning journeys that blend virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and self-guided learning to create impactful, engaging experiences. Fluent in German, English, Italian, and French, I bring a multicultural approach that resonates with international audiences. As a trainer, my approach is centered around creating an open and warm atmosphere where collaboration and meaningful exchange thrive. I blend knowledge building with practical exercises and moments for reflection, believing deeply that true change begins with understanding. It’s through these insights that individuals can make transformative shifts.

Creativity, agility and great moderator skills. With his broad experience and out of the box ideas he consulted the agenda creation, preparing a successful and well perceived event.
