Background
Paula has been training, coaching and facilitating for 30 years. With a B.Ed (Hons) and M.Sc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she also has an applied academic understanding of learning and developing human potential – supporting and challenging people to thrive and work at their optimum. She has written five books and delivered two TEDx talks and specialises in ‘Adventure Psychology’ – how to survive, cope and thrive in challenging and uncertain conditions. She now mostly works with corporates at leadership level but spent many years previously working in employee engagement and team development.

Style
Style Paula is an expert on human psychology and believes everyone has deep reserves of untapped potential. She supports, challenges and inspires people to flourish, and her values are: Courage, Humility and Curiosity. She believes in strong, but optimal performance – doing the best we can in the circumstances we are in. Often quoting Carl Jung’s approach which mirrors her own: ‘Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.’ Paula is personable and engaging in style.

Creativity, agility and great moderator skills. With his broad experience and out of the box ideas he consulted the agenda creation, preparing a successful and well perceived event. He facilitated the show and connected really well with the audience.
