Marianne Slotboom is an international consultant, trainer and coach with more than 25 years of experience supporting multinational organisations to strengthen collaboration and performance. Throughout her career, she has been fascinated by what happens when people from different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives come together. Specialising in cross-cultural communication and conflict handling, she helps international teams turn differences into opportunities for stronger relationships, better decisions and greater effectiveness.
She has a Master’s Degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University and a postgraduate degree in Organisational Strategy from Erasmus University. She is also the founder of an international Leadership Consulting network and a Senior Adjunct Professor at EADA Business School, Barcelona.

Creativity, agility and great moderator skills. With his broad experience and out of the box ideas he consulted the agenda creation, preparing a successful and well perceived event.
