Every year, September arrives like a starting gun for those of us working at Live Learning. From now until December, the pace quickens, projects multiply, and the energy of events and programs takes over.
But before diving headfirst into this intense period, I’ve been reminding myself of the importance of truly switching off and recharging. Rest is not just recovery; it’s the space where ideas settle, perspective returns, and creativity has room to grow.
We often encourage learners to reflect, pause, and consolidate before moving forward. The same applies to us. Taking time to step back now means we can show up with clarity, focus, and resilience in the busy months ahead.
As I prepare for this next stretch, I’m grateful for the chance to reset because sustainable performance comes from balance, not constant motion.
