Jean-François Martin is an experienced professional coach, trainer, and facilitator with a unique perspective rooted in 20 years of experience in clowning—a practice that he masterfully integrates into his work to re-energize teams and breathe new life into projects. Since 2012, Jean-François has been based in France, following six enriching years in Vietnam, where he designed and delivered multicultural programs and educational trainings.
A certified coach through International Mozaik (Paris), he also holds a Master’s degree in Business Coaching and Life Skills from Assas University and is a certified NLP Practitioner (IFPNL). Jean-François played an active role within the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2017-2018 as part of the governance circle for the Occitanie chapter.

Creativity, agility and great moderator skills. With his broad experience and out of the box ideas he consulted the agenda creation, preparing a successful and well perceived event. He facilitated the show and connected really well with the audience.
