Birmingham kicks things off, then it’s on to Detroit.
I love this part of the job – watching people realize they’re more capable than they give themselves credit for. The best moments in training aren’t the polished presentations or perfect frameworks.
They’re the messy middle parts where someone tries something new, stumbles a bit, then figures it out in real time.
That’s where the actual learning happens and I never tire of seeing the transformation.
With this extreme cold rolling through, hoping 🤞everyone traveling to these sessions makes it safely. Nothing like a polar vortex to test our collective commitment to professional development. 🥶
