Research indicates that workplace conflict costs firms billions of pounds every year. Managers report spending on average 20% of their time (or one full day every week) dealing with conflict situations and their consequences. Conflict Resolutionist Marshall Rosenberg created Non-violent Communication (NVC) as a simple, powerful way to resolve difficult situations by aiming to meet the needs of all parties.
