I came across this bottle of wine the other day – a souvenir from « The Common Excellence Workshop » I had the privilege of facilitating for Rolls-Royce and Airbus.
It brought back a flood of memories: two remarkable teams coming together with openness, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to learning from one another. Those few days were filled with great honest conversations, laughter, and a shared drive to raise the bar for excellence in collaboration.
That bottle has become more than just a keepsake – it’s a reminder of what collaboration really looks like when people drop the badges, listen deeply, and work toward a common goal.
Grateful for the experience, the people, and the lessons that still resonate years later.
